A laser beam is used to vaporize the wart or mole, layer by layer. It's a precise and minimally invasive method.
Electrocautery
This technique uses a heated instrument to burn away the wart or mole. It's often used for larger or more stubborn growths.

Post-Procedure Care

Keep the area clean and dry
Wash the area with mild soap and water and pat it dry gently. Use an alcohol-free toner to restore your skin's pH. Use a nourishing, noncomedogenic moisturizer to lock in hydration.

Apply antibiotic ointment
Your healthcare provider may recommend using antibiotic ointment to prevent infection. They can also help reduce inflammation, which may ease swelling and reduce the risk of scarring.

Avoid picking or scratching the area
This can increase the risk of scarring. Keep your hands busy with fidget toys, stress balls, or other items. Apply moisturizer to keep your skin clean and hydrated.
