TREATMENT FOR NAIL DISORDER

Antifungal Medications:
- Oral antifungals, such as terbinafine or itraconazole, are applied to treat fungal infections of nails.
Antibiotics:
- These are meant for your bacterial infections-rings that swell and pus forms around the nails.
Steroid Creams:
- Helpful for nail psoriasis or psoriasis-related eczema.
Vitamin Supplements:
- Taking vitamin supplements would help properly resolve the lack of nutrients responsible for poor nails.
- This would involve the removal of part or the whole nail in cases when there’s severe finger damage.
- An application of nail lacquer or a solution with antifungal or strengthening agents is included.
Moisturizing:
- Applying a hand lotion while doing daily chores would prevent your nails from drying out.
Tea Tree Oil:
- This oil acts as an antifungal agent.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
- Wearing an apron can keep your nails dry and protected from water.
Proper Nail Care:
- Avoid biting; too much buffing, which means you need a nail clipper on one side and a nail file on the other to cut your nail straight across.
